From the heat and cold
Soon he will sojourn.
A home far away
Where neither eyes nor ears reach
But the minds and hearts.
His remains begged they to have
His new family to lay in state.
Gathered they far far away
Not where his chord was buried
Nor his first cry was heard
But with the living
His last moment on earth
Before the journey home
