Fair thee well- LAWRENCE ADAMS

He had in mind
What I had too
To make a better place
For his home, near and far
Who will plant his corn
The ground has been harrowed

But

Like them that are cut in bloom
When bright and golden rays
shower on them blessings
… as their fragrance remain with them
in their icy graves
no more to be felt
we shall remember them
